Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide training and supervision to team members to ensure high-quality treatment delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
  • PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
  • BCaBA/BCBA Certification, or equivalent experience and training
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services, or equivalent experience and training
  • Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record
