Formal Attire:

• Male drivers are required to wear a suit, tie, and sunglasses at all times.
• Female drivers must don a pant suit and sunglasses daily.

Professional Conduct:

• Maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor, avoiding any inappropriate language or behavior.
• Address clients formally as Mr., Ms., or Mrs.
• Exhibit professionalism consistently throughout all interactions.

Employee Transportation:

• Safely transport company employees to designated locations as per the established schedule.

Client Transportation:

• Provide reliable transportation services for clients, ensuring comfort and punctuality.

Airport Transfers:

• Facilitate airport transportation for employees, clients, and other authorized passengers.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs, including oil levels and tire pressure.
• Promptly report any mechanical issues to the fleet manager.

Vehicle Cleanliness:

• Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean and presentable condition, both inside and out.
• Perform daily checks to remove any trash or debris from the vehicle's interior.

Fuel Management:

• Monitor fuel levels and ensure timely refueling to maintain uninterrupted service.

Route Optimization:

• Plan and execute efficient routes for all transportation duties to ensure timely arrivals.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, including mileage and fuel consumption.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all passengers.
• Stay informed about road conditions to avoid potential delays.

Communication:

• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and other relevant parties regarding schedules and any issues.

Customer Service:
