About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficient operations on-site, promoting collaboration across teams, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and timelines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing and supervising all on-site construction activities while adhering to plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
  • Regularly inspecting project sites to assess progress and promptly addressing any challenges.
  • Collaborating with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintaining thorough project records, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
  • Communicating proactively with clients and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
  • Overseeing daily operations to guarantee projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess at least 7 years of experience as a Superintendent within the construction sector. They should have a proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety protocols. Strong leadership and communication abilities, along with the ability to foster teamwork and efficiency, are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with project management tools and software is also advantageous.
