About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for supervising field operations, managing contractors and vendors, and promoting a safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise field operations, including overseeing contractors and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional results.
  • Coordinate with local municipalities as required for inspections and permitting.
  • Collaborate with the project manager on change orders, incorporating work into project schedules.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in construction management, preferably with experience in at-risk projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and scopes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company in meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore project management software, and MS Project scheduling software.

The estimated salary for this role is $**80,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
