Job Description

Apex Informatics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Angular Developer to join our team as a Technical Lead in Software Development. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and enhancement of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring that software applications are developed in accordance with industry best practices and company standards.
  • Lead the analysis and design of software applications, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications, ensuring that they are scalable, reliable, and meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, project management, and architecture, to ensure that software applications meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, complete, and easily accessible.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and guidance to ensure that code is of high quality and meets company standards.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to develop and maintain the overall technical architecture of software applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines, ensuring that they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Provide input to the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans, ensuring that they align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on technical leadership and guidance.
  • 3+ years of experience with Angular, Spring Boot, and Java 8+.
  • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • 3+ years of experience with responsive and adaptive UI/UX design or development and supporting technologies (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, etc).
  • Experience working with an RDBMS such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
  • 3+ years of experience with RESTful Web Services or APIs and supporting tools (Postman, Swagger, JMeter, etc).
  • 3+ years of experience with data exchange/serialization languages, formats, or technologies (JSON, YAML, XML, etc).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
