Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Mongo DB, Advanced JavaScript, Vue JS, Node js, Spring Boot, and Java -
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
- Write and maintain user documentation
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process -Qualifications -
- Possess strong experience in Mongo DB, Advanced JavaScript, Vue JS, Node js, Spring Boot, and Java
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of web development principles and standard processes
- Have experience with version control systems like Git
- Show proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the Merchandising domain is a plus
The annual salary for this position is between $81,000K – $163,000K per year, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
