Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Architect to design and develop scalable, efficient, and user-friendly web applications using React JS and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have a passion for full-stack development and a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and Develop Web Applications: Design and develop scalable and performant mission-critical web applications using React JS for the frontend and Java for API development.
  • Mentor and Guide Team Members: Mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
  • Drive Quality and Innovation: Drive a culture of quality and innovation, advocating Extreme Programming ways of working.
  • Debug and Troubleshoot Issues: Utilize strong debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in both front-end and back-end systems (including both internal and third-party systems).
  • Design and Develop RESTful APIs: Design, develop, test, release, and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot to support frontend functionalities and third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with product and UX teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Present Technical Solutions: Present low-level designs and architectural approaches before the development phase.
  • Write Reusable Code: Write reusable, reliable, and scalable code with a strong emphasis on maintainability and performance.
  • Build Dynamic User Interfaces: Build dynamic, responsive, and real-time user interfaces with React JS, ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experiences.
  • Write Unit and Integration Tests: Write unit and integration tests using frameworks like JUnit, Jest, and Mockito to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and maintain automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Debug and Optimize Applications: Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack, optimizing application performance and ensuring stability.
  • Work in Agile Teams: Work within Agile teams, adhering to best practices and collaborative workflows.
  • Mentor Junior Developers: Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Experience developing full-stack applications using React JS and Spring Boot.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with leading frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Strong knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux and Redux Toolkit. Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like Jest (for frontend) and JUnit/Mockito (for backend).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Good understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices.

  • Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • DevOps Tools: Experience with DevOps tools for CI/CD, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or TeamCity.
