Job Title: Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer

ACE Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer to support the execution of an advanced research and development program in system engineering/digital engineering.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and expertise in establishing and managing digital representations of the weapon system's technical baselines. They will guide the analysis and synthesis of Requirements, Interfaces, Behavior, Structure and Parametrics (RIBS-P) across the weapon systems technical baselines utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)/SysML and various modeling and simulation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage digital representations of the weapon system's technical baselines
  • Guide the analysis and synthesis of RIBS-P across the weapon systems technical baselines
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in MBSE/SysML and various modeling and simulation tools
  • Support the engineering team in establishing a digital engineering environment across various tools and classification levels
  • Guide and manage the implementation of necessary methods, process, tools, training, and network data transfers
Requirements:
  • Masters or PhD in Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Engineering and MBSE
  • Strong knowledge in system engineering and design for military aircraft
  • Proficient in SysML, MagicDraw/Cameo, or MATLAB
  • Top Secret security clearance
