**The Job**

As an Orthodontic Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out, verifying patient insurance eligibility, and ensuring quality care to every patient.

You will also be coordinating with Ortho Financial Coordinator and Doctors to provide same-day care to patients, assisting with meeting the financial targets by ensuring schedules are full, and maintaining a clean and tidy waiting area and front desk area.

Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry, and be willing to travel in assigned territory.

We offer competitive compensation ($48,000 - $62,000 per year) and comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, company holidays and much more.
