Job Title: Grant Report Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Report Manager to join our team at International Pre-Diabetes Center. As a Grant Report Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that grant reports are submitted in accordance with grant reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple grant-related activities simultaneously and submit grant summary reports quarterly.
  • Develop a strong understanding of grant reporting requirements and ensure that all reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Process and complete grant reports by providing supporting data and developing a narrative.
  • Track data throughout the grant cycle and plan data collection based on the grant proposal and known reporting requirements.
  • Oversee the facilitation of grant proposals, including assembling research, data collection, writing, budget information, and supporting materials.
  • Help establish and maintain relationships with grantmakers.
  • Meet deadlines and utilize tracking tools to manage reporting deadlines.
  • Conduct research to improve public health knowledge and practices.

Requirements:

  • Master's in public health (MPH)
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience
  • High-level organizational, administrative, and clerical skills, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a basic knowledge of grant writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability in writing proposals for varied audiences
  • Self-motivation and discipline to regularly set and achieve work goals
  • Demonstrated ability to take primary responsibility for a diverse number of projects and to complete them in a timely manner with limited supervision
  • Demonstrated record of success in generating significant commitments from corporations and foundations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
