About the Job:

The Trade Shows Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our Events Team to deliver exceptional trade shows and events. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Visit Orlando.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and events, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment rental.
  2. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  3. Develop and distribute event materials, including invitations, signage, and promotional collateral.
  4. Maintain accurate records of event details, attendance, and feedback.
  5. Support the Events Team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
