Lead Sales Operations Manager

At Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, we're on the lookout for a talented Lead Sales Operations Manager to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our retail stores, you'll be responsible for driving sales targets, leading a team of sales specialists, and creating an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
As an Assistant General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading Your Team: You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, assisting with customer transactions, and providing coaching and guidance to your team members.
- Sales Performance: You'll set and share daily, weekly, and monthly goals with your sales teams, providing training and mentoring to ensure they deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Store Operations: You'll be responsible for analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, handling cash, and ensuring store compliance with company expectations.
- Customer Experience: You'll lead store merchandising and planogram compliance, ensuring a clean and well-organized store environment that showcases our products.

Requirements
To be successful as an Assistant General Manager, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role
- Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
- A proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
You'll be compensated with a base rate of $12/hour, with uncapped earning potential through commission. You'll be guaranteed a minimum of $15/hour during your first 30 days of employment.
