Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Hybrid Front Desk Receptionist and Chiropractic Assistant. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a patient-focused personality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional patient care and support, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and data entry tasks
- Provide exceptional patient care and support as a Chiropractic Assistant
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Assist patients with paperwork and ensure timely completion of necessary documents
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a medical office setting
- Strong knowledge of Chiropractic treatment procedures and protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and paper charts
