About the Role
  • Job Type: Contract Nursing Position
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in home health nursing within the past 15 years. A valid NYS RN license and current BLS certification are mandatory requirements.

This is a hybrid nurse assessor role that requires frequent field visits (2-3 days a week). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assessing patients' needs in their homes.
