Key Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of building facilities
- Maintain restrooms, foyer, and reception area in a clean and sanitary condition
- Keep storage areas clean, neat, and secure
- Sweep or hose down parking lot areas, sidewalks, and walkways
- Maintain grounds, including raking leaves, mowing grass, and shrubbery care
- Collect trash and recyclables and take to designated areas
- Clean windows, countertops, and light fixtures
- Clean floors, doors, and water fountains
- Remove debris from grounds and parking lot
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds
- Prior maintenance experience preferred
