- Managing the Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in the Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den.
- Providing exceptional service and support to guests throughout their stay.
- Assisting with the setup and servicing of meeting rooms.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong proficiency in the English language, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- The ability to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent guest interactions.
- Effective multitasking capabilities.
- A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a dynamic setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical capability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs).
