  • Collaborate with management to develop menus.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in culinary arts or related fields is preferred but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for food and culinary techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

About Involve MN:

Involve MN is a Minnesota-based non-profit organization dedicated to serving the unsheltered and vulnerable populations in the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas. We believe in the power of community and the importance of relationships in transforming lives. Our kitchen is responsible for producing over 8,000 meals weekly, which are distributed to encampments and local shelters.

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
