About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team at RedGuard. As a Construction Technician, you will play a critical role in the interior build-out of blast-resistant buildings and other industrial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret blueprints and construct interior finishes on industrial buildings using hand or power tools and materials.
  • Produce work in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Cross-train in various construction skill sets and apply skills in multiple stages of the manufacturing process.
  • Verify conformance to specifications and ensure quality of products or work.
  • Inspect machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and utilization.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of construction-related experience.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic arithmetic.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and provide consistent work.
  • Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in construction, including skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
