Job Overview

At Vailes Brothers, Inc., we are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential heating and air conditioning systems to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair a diverse range of residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Assist in training other service technicians
  • Provide valuable feedback to the Service Manager
  • Contribute to the development of training programs within the service department
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • EPA Certification, Universal is preferred, but at least Type II
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques and equipment repair
  • Willingness to invest in necessary tools and participate in training seminars
