Job Opportunity

Vailes Brothers, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. We serve a wide range of customers in the home services industry, providing top-quality service and excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring a high-quality experience for customers.
  • Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high-quality and timely job performance.
  • Train and supervise others to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Consult with customers to resolve complaints and provide solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
  • Enroll in advanced HVAC training classes and obtain NATE certifications to stay up-to-date with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Proficient in installing gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, and all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems.
  • Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
  • Ability to test and balance systems, understand and apply all codes for residential HVAC systems.
