Job Title: Senior Product Marketer

Humana is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketer to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Organization, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve member health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage members and promote Humana's products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Work with internal and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns and ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-channel integrated marketing strategy and implementation, with a focus on consumer behavior and response conversion.
  • Prior experience working with copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/telecomm vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and leverage analytics and data insights to drive marketing optimization.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and implement projects.
  • Strong business acumen skills, with a understanding of business goals and the ability to communicate financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated passion for consumer-based marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional performance marketing environment.
  • Experience working with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Self-managing and disciplined, with the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively within a large and complex organizational structure.
