Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and integrate critical market data sources to ensure data hygiene and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement processes for actioning fundraising information for relevant potential companies with the commercial team.
  • Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders, including development and tracking of KPIs.
  • Engage with commercial leadership to share insights and support commercial initiatives through data analysis.
  • Highlight commercial trends by reporting on monthly KPIs with analysis and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in data and/or financial analysis.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and analytics, including building complex models and visualizations.
  • Experience managing large databases and integrating data sets with attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver analyses responsive to requests, obtaining, cleaning, and distilling multiple large data sets.

This role is part of the Commercial Excellence department located in Fargo, ND, and will be fully remote. Occasional travel may be required (10%). The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000, and this is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
