Position Overview
As a Client Service Coordinator at Paw Patch, you will serve as the friendly and professional face of our veterinary practice, ensuring that the reception area is welcoming and efficiently managed. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and their pets with a warm demeanor and professionalism.
- Addressing inquiries, assessing client concerns, and directing communications to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinating appointment scheduling to enhance operational efficiency.
- Managing client check-ins and check-outs, including payment processing.
- Offering compassionate support to clients, particularly during difficult medical circumstances.
- Utilizing platforms such as PetDesk, VetSource, email, and Vetstoria for effective client communication, prescription management, and scheduling.
- Employing DaySmart for daily operations and maintaining medical records for the practice.
You should be prepared to work in an environment with various sounds and odors, and may encounter animal waste, bites, scratches, and potentially contagious diseases.

Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate who is:
- An experienced receptionist with at least one year of veterinary experience (preferred).
- Compassionate, calm, a team player, adept at multitasking, and an effective communicator.
- Highly organized with strong computer skills.
- A self-motivated individual eager to expand their knowledge and skill set.
- Familiarity with various client communication, scheduling, and practice management systems is a plus.
