We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team at Resource Informatics Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the Salesforce platform, ensuring that solutions adhere to leading practices of usability, performance, maintenance, scalability, and reusability.

You will educate business and technical team members on Salesforce best practices, challenge the team on when and why to configure vs. customize, and establish and advise on Salesforce best practices for agile delivery, governance, and DevOps for the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise on the Salesforce platform
  • Establish and advise on Salesforce best practices for agile delivery, governance, and DevOps
  • Monitor team operations and recommend changes to methods and tools
  • Work with stakeholders on value-driven business vision and create an implementation roadmap
  • Advise on prioritization, platform enablement, and capacity management

Requirements:

  • Agile experience
  • Center of Excellence experience preferred
  • Salesforce CPQ certified
