Job Title: LPN Medication Care Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner.
  • Review and document medication administration records.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure accurate medication administration.
  • Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
  • Transcribe orders and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • LPN or LVN licensure.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
  • Ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
