Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients with complex nutritional needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic diets and menus that meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Provide education and training to staff on nutrition-related topics, including food allergens and menu management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in dietetics or a related field.
  • Registration from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • State licensure/certification, if required by state.
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting, preferred.
