Job Opportunity

Lifescape Colorado is seeking a skilled Landscape Design Associate to join our team in Denver, CO.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist our Landscape Designer in designing, estimating, and presenting projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in graphic presentation and rendering software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop landscape and planting plans in CAD, incorporating irrigation, grading, and drainage concepts.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create detailed dimensioned plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Assist in city permitting and pulling permits, as well as managing HOA and DRC timelines for submittals.
  • Train and support Design Interns, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Visit job sites to gather information and accurately estimate project costs.
  • Assemble proposals, create budgets in Excel, and work with subcontractors to obtain quotes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Design or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with approval from fleet insurance carrier.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Land FX.

What We Offer:
