Job Summary

Lifescape is seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to lead our crew in delivering exceptional landscape installation services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of landscape installers to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure accurate installation of landscape features
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Perform equipment maintenance and operation, ensuring optimal performance and safety
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a landscape foreman or crew lead
  • Valid driver's license and approval from company fleet insurance
  • Skilled in using laser levels, zip line levels, skid steers, and other equipment
  • Knowledge of planting, irrigation, pavers, stonework, grading, and blueprints
  • OSHA-10 or higher certification (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
