Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support and care to individuals with varying needs, helping them to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Collaborate with our team to provide a safe and supportive environment
Requirements
  • No formal education required
  • No experience required
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
