Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support to enable our participants to thrive in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support participants in developing life skills, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Encourage socialization and community involvement, helping participants to build relationships and engage in activities they enjoy.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements
  • No high school diploma required.
  • No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
