Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide personalized support and care to individuals with diverse needs, helping them to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life
Requirements
  • No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient approach to working with individuals with diverse needs
