Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge wireless communication systems for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and integration of wireless communication systems for medical devices
  • Ensure systems meet high standards of performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance
  • Guide system design and development, manage integration and testing of BLE and RF systems
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and work cross-functionally with other teams
  • Manage project management duties, optimize system performance, and create comprehensive documentation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 3 years of experience with BLE / RF technologies
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in RF design, BLE protocols, signal processing, and medical device development
  • Tools and Software: Experience with RF simulation tools, embedded programming languages, and medical device development tools
