- Develop and implement care plans through collaboration with medical staff and residents
- Deliver treatments and administer medications according to established protocols
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other staff regarding care options and outcomes
- Offer education and guidance to residents and their families on optimal care practices
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Nursing program completion from an accredited institution
- At least 4 months of experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital environments
