YOUR IMPACT:

  • Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile Scrum practices to manage project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of Salesforce enhancements and continuous improvement of CRM processes.
  • Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for Salesforce requirements and processes, and provide training and support to users as needed to promote effective use of the system.

ARE YOU A SALESFORCE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS EXPERT?

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically focused on Salesforce CRM projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementations and data management is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation is essential.

Methodological Expertise:

  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, with a proven ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Analytical Abilities:

  • Strong capability to analyze complex business requirements, identify data quality issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Basic SQL skills are preferable.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing improvements.
