YOUR IMPACT:
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to gather and document detailed Salesforce requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Data Integrity Enhancement: Identify and resolve data quality issues within Salesforce, including data cleanup and validation, to improve the accuracy and reliability of business information.
- Salesforce Development: Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of Salesforce CRM functionalities, participating in all phases of the implementation process to support effective use and integration.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business units and the IT department, translating complex business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions and facilitating effective communication across departments.
- Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile Scrum practices to manage project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of Salesforce enhancements and continuous improvement of CRM processes.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for Salesforce requirements and processes, and provide training and support to users as needed to promote effective use of the system.
ARE YOU A SALESFORCE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS EXPERT?
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically focused on Salesforce CRM projects.
- Experience with Salesforce implementations and data management is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation is essential.
Methodological Expertise:
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, with a proven ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
Analytical Abilities:
- Strong capability to analyze complex business requirements, identify data quality issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Basic SQL skills are preferable.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing improvements.
Adaptability:
