  • Evaluating cost estimates and change orders.
  • Executing procurement processes for unpurchased scope.
  • Reviewing and addressing non-conformances.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in fluid system design (ASME B31.3), hazard classification, design documentation, construction drawings, bid solicitation, contractor selection, construction management, field supervision, permitting, and QA/QC.
  • Physical capability to lift/carry up to fifty pounds, climb multiple flights of stairs, endure prolonged standing, and work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to interpret and create precise technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and modeling applications.
  • Experience managing technically complex projects using independent judgment and initiative.
  • Capacity to identify and act on opportunities while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Eligibility to apply for badging at a government installation.
  • Ability to foster trust, maintain positive professional relationships, and contribute to an inclusive culture.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in fluid system design, fabrication, and installation.
  • Familiarity with project planning and controls.
  • Experience with Launch Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Operations.
  • Background working with DOD, USAF, and/or NASA.
  • Knowledge of AFSPCMAN range requirements.
