Job Title: P6 Planner/Scheduler

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled P6 Planner/Scheduler to join our team at FootBridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules in P6, identifying major milestones, critical approvals, and long lead procurement items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update project schedules in P6
  • Identify major milestones, critical approvals, and long lead procurement items
  • Determine reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussion with owners and/or teams
  • Provide updates during field execution for earned value and cost control tracking
  • Assist with development of the construction three-week look-ahead schedule(s) with manpower loading, incorporating construction strategy input
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets for various phases of construction projects
  • Communicate schedule status to management regularly
  • Interact with engineering discipline leads & construction managers to understand issues and conflicts impacting schedule
  • Suggest corrective actions and/or develop recovery plans when delays are anticipated or occur
  • Evaluate critical and near critical path activity sequences

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of planning/scheduling experience on industrial construction and maintenance projects
  • Experience in industrial construction and/or Turnarounds/Outages
  • Strong understanding of Critical Path Method concepts
  • Proficiency in Primavera (P6)
  • Experience in any of the following industries – Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical
  • Field experience on industrial construction projects
  • Earned Value Management
