As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
- Position patients correctly to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Provide exceptional patient care and communication
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CT scanning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
