Pride Health is seeking a highly skilled Medical Specimen Collector to support our client's medical facility in Miami, FL.

This is a Contract opportunity with a possible extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Location: Miami, FL

Schedule: 1, 6:00 am-2:00 pm/Eastern time rotational Saturday hours 6:30 am-10:30 am

Estimated Salary: $18.00 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and storing specimens according to established procedures.
  • Properly explaining the process of specimen collection to patients.
  • Labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing specimens as required by test order.
  • Packaging specimens for transport.
  • Storing specimen samples according to temperature requirements.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of phlebotomy experience is necessary.
