Position Overview:
The Building Assembler 1 plays a crucial role in the assembly of fabricated metal components for enclosure structures, adhering strictly to detailed specifications.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Review and interpret various blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly of enclosure buildings.
2. Assemble and install electrical components, including panel boards, HVAC units, battery systems, and other electrical devices while utilizing bending conduit.
3. Operate a variety of power and hand tools, such as drills, impacts, screwdrivers, and grinders, to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
4. Conduct quality assurance checks to verify that assembled products conform to established specifications and quality standards.
5. Identify and document any product defects, ensuring they are reported in a timely manner.
6. Monitor and manage inventory levels of necessary supplies, tools, and parts at the workstation.
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Proficient reading comprehension skills to interpret written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
- Basic mathematical skills for technical specifications and measurements.
- Understanding of essential tools, such as tape measures and impact drills.

Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience operating powered equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, scissors lift, overhead crane).

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 35 pounds.
- Manual dexterity is essential for assembling products or machinery as required.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination is necessary.
- Ability to distinguish between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.

All personnel must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and ear protection, while engaged in production activities.

Salary: $16.00-$18.50/Hourly
