**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Tarzana. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the mental health staff involved in direct patient care and management of contract funding. Your duties will include direct patient service, assessment of patients at the time of admission and re-assessments as required, mental status examinations, providing diagnosis and treatment recommendations, and excellent documentation skills. You will also be responsible for crisis intervention and quality assurance reviews.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise mental health staff involved in direct patient care
* Manage contract funding
* Provide direct patient service
* Assess patients at the time of admission and re-assessments as required
* Conduct mental status examinations
* Provide diagnosis and treatment recommendations
* Maintain excellent documentation skills
* Conduct crisis intervention and quality assurance reviews

**Requirements**

* Licensure by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW or LMFT
* Knowledge of DMH requirements
* Experience working with persons suffering from a substance use disorder and/or dual diagnosis is preferred
