Responsibilities and Requirements

• Provide high-quality patient care as a hospitalist, working collaboratively with the medical staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all areas of patient care.
• Contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals through participation in teaching and mentoring activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest medical research, treatments, and technologies to stay current with best practices in hospital medicine.

• A daily stipend of $1,400 per day.
• Eligibility for bonus pool (up to 20k quarterly based on RPG metrics).
• PRIME $100 bonus for physicians working 10+ shifts per month + $3,000.
• Quarterly Prime Bonus.
• Hospital will submit billing.
• Housing provided by RPG.
• Malpractice Insurance provide by RPG.

Qualifications

• Board certified in family or internal medicine.
• Active state licensure or ability to obtain.
• Ability to perform full scope of practice.
• Clean malpractice and disciplinary history.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Proficiency and willingness to perform mainline procedures.
