Job Summary

As a Supervisor at Aspen Dental, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
  • Participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment and collection.
  • Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team.
  • Review data daily to evaluate the impact on the practice.
  • Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
  • Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and a premium on leveraging data.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
