Crossroads Continuum Inc is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with individuals with autism and related disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

The Autism Support Professional will work closely with our experienced behavior analysts and other professionals to provide personalized support to clients and their families. This may involve developing individualized treatment plans, implementing instructional programs, and collaborating with clients/families and other professionals to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to clients and their families, using evidence-based ABA techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients/families and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and program data.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children with autism and related disabilities an asset.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Punctuality and reliability essential.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
