About the Role

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide our Partner Platform team at Parafin. This team is responsible for delivering a seamless partner experience. As the ideal candidate, you will oversee the full-stack partner integration process, encompassing data and marketing integrations, external developer tooling, and our partner-facing dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing full-stack team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Define and drive the technical and product vision for the ideal partner journey with Parafin, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and spearhead cross-functional initiatives to capitalize on partner-facing opportunities, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including Product, Design, Sales, and Platform Growth, to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 5+ engineers, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working on developer-facing products, with a deep understanding of technical requirements and product development.
  • Experience leading company-wide product and infrastructure initiatives for technical teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
  • Strong business acumen, with a keen sense of product development and market trends.
  • Experience working closely with other engineering teams and cross-functional teams, such as Product, Design, Sales, and Platform Growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and retain talented engineers, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity, autonomy, and ownership, driving results-oriented decision-making.
