As the Maintenance Manager at Wisenbaker Builders, you will oversee and drive the maintenance activities of our manufacturing facility. About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of improving maintenance processes and driving operational efficiency.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
