Job Title: Nights Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at MedHub Connect Inc. in Chester, NJ. This 13-week night shift contract position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $900 to $950, reflecting experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients while ensuring their comfort and safety. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will support the nursing staff with patient assessments and assist in implementing care plans in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility to encourage optimal independence.
  • Monitor and record vital signs to report any significant changes to the nursing team.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients and their families, responding to needs and inquiries.
  • Assist with transporting patients within the facility for medical procedures and treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for both patients and healthcare staff.
  • Efficiently document patient care and observations to support continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification valid in New Jersey.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work efficiently during nighttime hours in a team-centered, fast-paced setting.
