About the Role

Essity Health and Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Digital Media Specialist to execute paid search engine marketing and social media marketing campaigns to support business unit goals for generating leads and expanding customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with agency partners to strategically manage national media campaigns, ensuring optimal reach and audience engagement through various media touchpoints.
  • Handle multi-million dollar budgets, billing, and optimizations, making data-driven decisions to allocate budgets effectively.
  • Align with brand managers to translate brand strategies into actionable media plans, acting as a conduit between brand marketing and digital marketing teams.
  • Manage PPC media (paid social) directly, utilizing MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution) and MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) tools for analytics.
  • Analyze campaign data, industry trends, and competitive landscape, identifying expansion opportunities and proposing corrective actions.
  • Evaluate and select influencers aligned with brand values and target audiences, monitoring influencer performance throughout campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze media performance metrics, making informed decisions based on campaign effectiveness data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in-house or in an agency setting.
  • Experience in the health industry is preferred.
  • Management experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Knowledge of media buying/planning, analytics & KPIs.
  • Experience with vendor negotiation.
  • Experience with billing, budget management & reconciliations.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
