Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with corporate partners and sponsors to plan and coordinate events within budget parameters.
  • Manage and track donations received from partners, ensuring accurate reporting and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate logistics for event setup, including scheduling donation pick-ups and ensuring a smooth event experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to event attendees, volunteers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of in-person and remote work.

Employment Type: Contract through the end of the year

Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
