We are seeking a skilled Mammography Specialist to join our team at Onsite Women's Health. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mammography services to our patients.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a Monday-to-Friday work schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to use the latest 3D tomosynthesis digital mammography equipment in an OB/GYN office environment.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced mammographer with a strong background in radiology and excellent patient communication skills. They will be able to work independently and take ownership of all aspects of patient-centric care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specialize in the production of screening and diagnostic mammograms for the detection of breast cancers and lesions.
  • Responsible for the initial and ongoing success of the mammography service in the practice in which one works.
  • Assist practices in any and all ways possible to ensure all eligible age-appropriate patients have annual screening mammograms.

You will also be responsible for preparing patients for the mammographic procedure, explaining procedures to reduce anxieties and obtain patient cooperation, and examining digital images for image quality.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in mammography.
  • ARRT certification.
  • Up-to-date on all CME credits.
  • A valid state license if applicable.
