Chili's is seeking a friendly and welcoming Restaurant Host to join our team in Shelton, CT. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. You will be responsible for managing the wait list, communicating with guests, and working collaboratively with the management team to ensure seamless service delivery.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
  • Manage the wait list, ensuring that guests are kept informed of estimated wait times.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, taking orders, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
